I like to keep my body-care routine streamlined, but still intentional.
These products have genuinely made a difference in my skin’s softness, hydration, and overall comfort. I use retinol only at night so it can work while I sleep, and during the day I never skip sunscreen—especially because my skin can feel a bit more delicate after nighttime treatments. Here’s the routine that consistently works for me!
1. Olay Ultra Moisture — Daily Hydration + Soft, Smooth Skin
This is my everyday body moisturizer. It absorbs well, feels comforting on the skin, and delivers long-lasting hydration. It’s perfect for maintaining softness and preventing dryness without feeling heavy or greasy.
2. Nécessaire The Body Retinol — Nighttime Renewal Step
I apply this in the evening to support smoother, more even-feeling skin over time. The formula is gentle enough for regular use while still offering a noticeable refinement to texture. Using it at night allows it to work uninterrupted while I sleep.
3. Nivea Cocoa Butter — Deep Nourishment + Rich Moisture
This is my go-to when I want extra moisture, especially on drier areas like elbows, legs, or arms. The cocoa-butter scent is warm and comforting, and the rich texture helps lock in hydration for hours. It’s a great final step when my skin needs something richer.
This routine stays simple: a solid daily moisturizer, a targeted retinol step at night, and a rich butter for deeper nourishment.
